The Grief Recovery Method®: Grief Support Group
An action-based method that involves reading and writing assignments to work through, process and understand your grief. One-on-One and small group options. Contact Certified Grief Recovery Specialist Amie Lands by email, or her website Amie Lands, CGRS for a consultation or upcoming group sessions. WHEN YOU RETURN HOME:

I spent hours scouring the internet looking for support after losing Ruthie Lou.  I wanted to know that I was not alone, I wanted to feel supported, I wanted to learn how to survive without my child.  It was so hard for me to believe that one day I would be able to join the world again, that one day I would feel joy and experience laughter again but here I am, I am surviving.
